- Nursing Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00pm – 7:00am)
- Weekly Hours: 36
- Guaranteed Hours: 48 per week
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $1570 - $1680
- Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend
- Holiday Coverage: 75% of holidays required

RN Qualifications – Med/Surg & Telemetry Nursing Jobs
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state
- Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg and Telemetry RN experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Ortho nursing experience and spinal precautions required for Ortho units
- Proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation, stroke care, trach care, PIV starts, chest tube management, NGT placement, drain/tube management, PCA pumps, and medication gtt management (cardiac drips, heparin, blood products, IVF)
- Experience with Epic EMR, Alaris IV pumps, Omnicell medication dispensing, and Phillips monitors preferred
- Ability to float to all hospital units and facilities within the Charlotte region
RN Responsibilities – Charlotte Travel Nurse Jobs
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in Med/Surg, Telemetry, Ortho Surgical, Cardiac, and Detox units
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for diverse populations including CHF, COPD, stroke, respiratory, post-surgical, cardiac, and behavioral health patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams: CNAs, charge nurses, phlebotomists, IV/VAT team, respiratory therapists, hospitalists, and intensivists
- Float between units and facilities within the Charlotte healthcare system as needed
- Participate in orientation and ongoing departmental training
- Maintain accurate documentation using hospital technology systems
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols
